青少年心理与行为研究中心

6163银河net163am青少年心理与行为研究中心(Research Center of Adolescent Psychology and Behavior, RCAPB),原为广州人心理与行为研究中心(2011年),是163am银河线路娱乐官网广州市发展与教育心理学研究基地(2008年)。

中心依托6163银河net163am心理学科和大数据/认知科学与智慧教育交叉创新平台(学生发展与心理健康研究方向,聂衍刚教授担任PI),凝聚青少年心理发展与教育领域专业力量,共同致力于探索青少年心理发展规律,揭示青少年心理与行为的影响因素,并传播与青少年心理相关的科普知识!  

   

   

   

1. 研究团队  

学术带头人:聂衍刚教授、博士生导师  

主任:窦凯副教授、硕士生导师  

副主任:邢强教授、向祖强副教授  

教研人员:采用固定和流动编制相结合的管理机制,共有校内专兼职科研人员20人,其中教授2人,副教授8人;16人具有博士学位。此外,中心还聘请了8名国内知名心理学家担任特聘兼职教授为中心的进一步发展提供指导和支持。  

在校学生:每年在读博士生约10余人,在读硕士研究生约70余人,本科创新班约30余人。  

   

   

2. 研究领域  

中心十分强调学术研究和团队建设,经过10多年的探索和实践,中心团队聚焦于“学生发展与心理健康”这一科学研究领域,逐渐形成了特色鲜明、优势突出的四个研究方向:  

(1)人格与心理健康  

(2)认知与学习心理  

(3)行为决策与神经遗传学  

(4)大数据与网络心理  

中心研究人员主要采用问卷调查、行为实验、基因测定、眼动技术、神经科学技术(包括fMRI、ERP、fNIRs等)等多种方法和技术开展研究。  

   

3. 科研成果  

中心学术团队承担国家自然科学基金项目7项(含面上项目4项)、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目1项、国家社会科学基金1项、教育部人文社会科学项目4项、全国教育科学“十二五”规划课题3项、博士后基金项目1项、国际交流合作项目2项以及各类省市级项目和社会委托课题40余项;共发表论文300余篇,其中SCI / SSCI收录100余篇、CSSCI收录90余篇,包括《Aggressive Behavior》《Journal of Counseling Psychology》《Journal of Happiness Studies》《Journal of Adolescence》《Computers in Human Behavior》《Personality and Individual Differences》《心理学报》《心理科学》等国内外心理学权威期刊;出版专著教材8部(本)。荣获广东省教育教学成果奖(高等教育类)二等奖(聂衍刚,孙楠等,2021)、广东省教育教学成果奖(基础教育类)二等奖(聂衍刚,邢强等,2019)、第五届全国教育科学研究优秀成果二等奖(聂衍刚,黎建斌,窦凯等,2016年)、第四届全国教育科学研究优秀成果三等奖(聂衍刚等,2011年)、广东省第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖(邢强等,2015年)、广东省第九届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖(窦凯等,2021)等省部级教学科研成果奖10余项。  

   

4. 人才培养  

中心团队成员高度重视教书育人工作,落实“立德树人”根本任务,每年指导本科生毕业论文设计60余人,培养全日制硕士研究生70余人(含学术型硕士、应用心理专硕、心理健康教育专硕等),培养全日制博士研究生5人左右(学术型博士、教育博士)。其中有2人获评广东省优秀硕士论文、10余人荣获国家研究生奖学金,多人获校级优秀硕士论文/优秀毕业生,1人荣获163am银河线路娱乐官网十大杰出学生,2人荣获国家级竞赛类奖项,10余人在国内外高校继续攻读博士学位(包括荷兰乌特勒支大学、北京师范大学、香港中文大学、南京大学、暨南大学等),毕业生主要就职于广东省各大高校、中小学和企业,并获得所在单位的一致好评。  

   

5. 社会服务  

中心在注重学术研究的基础上,十分重视发挥心理学的专业优势,致力于为广州乃至广东地区的基础教育改革、维护青少年心理健康、建设和谐广州、幸福广州提供心理学的专业服务。主要服务领域包括:(1)为广州市中小学心理健康教育和广州市未成年人心理咨询与援助中心服务;(2)为广州市基础教育教学改革服务,面对中小学提供学生发展指导服务;(3)为广州市各级政府提供心理学专业支持服务。

1. Research Team

Associate Director: Professor Qiang Xing, Associate Professor Zu-Qiang Xiang  

Researcher: Adopting a management mechanism combining fixed and mobile establishments, there are 20 full-time and part-time scientific researchers in the university, including 2 professors and 8 associate professors; 16 have doctoral degrees. In addition, the center has hired 8 well-known domestic psychologists as adjunct professors to provide guidance and support for the further development of the center.  

Students: Over 10 Ph.D. students, 70 postgraduate students and 30 undergraduate students per year.  

2. Research Areas and Topics  

RCAPB attaches great importance to academic research and team building. After more than 10 years of exploration and practice, the center team focuses on the scientific research field of “student development and mental health”, and gradually formed four research directions with distinctive features and outstanding advantages:  

(1) Personality and mental health  

(2) Cognitive and learning psychology  

(3) Behavioral decision-making and neurogenetics  

(4) Big data and network psychology  

The researchers of the center mainly use various methods and technologies such as questionnaires, behavioral experiments, genetic testing, eye movement technology, neuroscience technology (including fMRI, ERP, fNIRs, etc.) to carry out research.  

3. Publications, Honors, and Awards  

The academic team of the center has undertaken 7 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including 4 general projects), 1 major project of the Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, 1 project of the National Social Science Fund, 4 projects of the Ministry of Education of Humanities and Social Sciences, national There are 3 “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” projects of educational science, 1 post-doctoral fund project, 2 international exchange and cooperation projects, and more than 40 provincial and municipal projects and socially entrusted projects; published more than 300 research articles, including more than 100 SCI / SSCI articles and more than 90 CSSCI articles have published in research journals such as Aggressive Behavior, Journal of Counseling Psychology, Journal of Happiness Studies, Journal of Adolescence, Computers in Human Behavior, Personality and Individual Differences, Acta Psychology Psychological Science and other domestic and foreign psychology authoritative journals; published 8 monographs and textbooks. 4. Educating Young Professionals and Emerging Scholars  

The team members of the center attach great importance to the work of teaching and educating people, and implementing the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". Education, etc.), and train about 5 full-time doctoral students (academic doctorate, doctor of education). Among them, 2 were awarded the Excellent Master Thesis of Guangdong Province, more than 10 were awarded the National Postgraduate Scholarship, many were awarded the School-level Outstanding Master Thesis/Excellent Graduate, 1 was awarded the Top Ten Outstanding Students of Guangzhou University, and 2 were awarded the National Competition Award, more than 10 people continue to study for doctoral degrees in domestic and foreign universities (including Utrecht University, Beijing Normal University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nanjing University, Jinan University, etc.), graduates mainly work in major universities, primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province and Enterprise, and won the unanimous praise of the unit.  

5. Public Service  

RCAPB attaches great importance to giving full play to the professional advantages of psychology and is committed to providing professional psychological services for the reform of basic education in Guangzhou.  

The main service areas of RCAPB include: (1) Serving the mental health education of Guangzhou primary and secondary schools and the Guangzhou Minor Psychological Counseling and Assistance Center; (2) Serving the basic education and teaching reform in Guangzhou, providing student development guidance services for primary and secondary schools ; (3) Provide psychological professional support.
